Here are some of the most commonly asked questions that JustFabulous receives. If you have a question that is not addressed here, contact us and our customer service staff will be happy to help.

Does JustFab charge my credit card every month even if I don’t purchase an item?
We will only bill your credit card at the time your order actually ships. Our membership does not require you to purchase any items and you may opt-out of your stylist selections each month without having to make a purchase. However, if you do not choose the “Skip This Month” option, the “Send Me New Options” option or cancel your membership by the 5th day of each month, your credit card will be billed $39.95 each month.

If you are new to JustFab and you have yet to make a purchase, your credit card will not be charged and you do not need to request to skip this month. See How JustFab Works for more information on how our VIP membership program works.

How is the customer service?
We aim to provide fast, friendly and courteous customer service. For more information on what methods you can use to get a hold of us, please see our contact us page. Please note that from the 1st to the 6th of each month we do experience a higher than usual call volume so response times may be longer during this time of the month.

What shipping carriers are used and how fast is shipping?
We use Fedex Smartpost and shipping usually takes 7-10 business days for delivery. An expedited shipping option is available. We are constantly evaluating our shipping methods and introducing new options for any zip codes where we find that items are taking longer to arrive to.

Can I exchange or return my items?
You may exchange any item or return it to us for a JustFab credit at absolutely no cost to you. (Including the shipping costs!) We offer a returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the original date of shipment for any items that are still in new, unused condition and have their original packaging.

Any items returned for a cash refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee, however exchanges and returns for a JustFab credit are not charged this fee.

How often will you email me and how can I opt-out from receiving emails from JustFab.com?
Typically we send emails to our VIP members 5-7 times per week with any special offers, news, promotions or sneak peeks of upcoming styles. If you do not wish to receive mail from us, you may unsubscribe by visiting your Account Profile section.
